We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (such as facial recognition door entry, virtual receptionists, and VR viewings to name a few). We’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market and hope that you can help us!

Our team is growing and we’re looking for passionate, ambitious and target driven individuals to join us.

What you’ll be doing
Heading up the Tenant Sales team of 4 and responsible for driving momentum and revenue on the demand-side. 

Working with the senior management team and owning the sales process, creating and marshalling processes and reporting. You be managing and helping to bring the best out of team, whilst also willing to be on the frontline and closing high value deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing team of 4 and growing over time - marshalling process, introducing new ideas and supporting their development
  • Owning Tenant Sales funnel -  free to challenge existing structures and diagnose gaps whilst not at the cost of momentum. 
  • Drive sales - data-driven leadership of team to help increase overall sales to prospective tenants considering our solution.
  • Inbound and outbound sales process - optimising lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification both inbound and outbound.
  • Stakeholder management - ownership of senior relationships with strategic parts of the ecosystem; brokers, agents and some enterprises
  • CRM & Tools - responsible for best practice use of existing (and new) tools 
  • Reporting & Commercials - accurate and efficient reporting of team KPIs/metrics, secured revenue, and sales targets.
  • Marketing assets - ownership of optimising all sales assets with Marketing team
  • Understanding & challenging the product - work closely with the Landlord / Real Estate team and help share insight with landlord partners. 

Who you are:

  • Manager - proven experience of running a high performing Sales team
  • Digital DNA - comfortable with CRM, tools, platforms and startup practices
  • People-person - creating new strategic relationships and nurturing old ones that will lead to new revenue opportunities
  • Data-driven - reporting against target crucial, as well as looking for ways to improve the Sales process
  • Detail - need to be willing to get into the detail and be on the ‘front-line’ when needed

  • Real Estate knowledge
  • Understanding of ecosystem - landlords, agents, brokers, tenants etc
