We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (such as facial recognition door entry, virtual receptionists, and VR viewings to name a few). Our commercial team is led by our Co-Founders previously with JustPark. You’d be joining a small sales team with ambitious plans!

What you’ll be doing: 
We’re looking to hire someone to help give our clients a seamless tenant experience. Working at multiple sites, you would be the face of Kitt for the tenants, answering client queries, delivering the best tenant support, and fixing issues around the sites. You’ll be part of the wider Space team, ensuring that all of our sites provide quality care across the board.

You’ll need to be able to work independently and also as part of the wider Space team. You will also need to interact with tenants on a regular basis, so need to be comfortable with building relationships both in person and via technology.


  • Project management of buildings & facilities at our new locations within area base (City)
  • Implementation of successfully onboarding of tenant into new office prior to Move in date
  • Assist with onboarding training sessions on first day to staff - explaining Kitt service, building information, features of office
  • Attend site for first 2 weeks to assist with resolving any snagging issues
  • Management of Onboarding & off-boarding clients to site to the Kitt standard

Tenant experience:

  • Be the on site point of contact for tenants by creating great relationships, attending to issues & being a friendly face
  • Meet with lead tenants on monthly/fortnightly basis to discuss issues/ improvements & track meetings on tracking sheet to record performance
  • Develop relationships with tenants and drive tenant retention 
  • Monthly site inspections auditing Space Assistant and driving company target of 85% + across sites
  • Driving tenant experience & customer service across managed sites ensuring our clients are receiving the support they need
  • Report to Area lead on current issues and ways to resolve as soon as possible

Building & Operations:

  • Basic building checks working with facilities lead to ensure smooth operation of space
  • Audit of requests logged with facilities lead for sites & resolve where possible to achieve within SLA timeframes
  • Effectively communicate to tenant and keep up to date with outstanding issues and escalate as required
  • Proactive management of facilities and logging issues in Kitt request backend during QC inspections
  • Meeting external suppliers & contractors on site to manage any disruptions & troubleshoot issues smoothly
  • Support facilities lead in attending to break ins, security issues & out of hours rota as required


  • Reporting on spends across sites to achieve site budget targets & reduce spend
  • Management of centre assistant and support the team with ongoing training & development TX improvements
  • Liaise with area lead to reconcile EOM invoices and queries 
  • Day to day management of properties within portfolio to achieve 85% benchmark on inspections

Additional services:

  • Showing host & guests amenities in building, fire exits, toilets, kitchen etc
  • Sending Post meeting survey to gather data on facilities/ experience & track site performance
  • Achieving targets for serviced sites & revenue driving initiatives 


Who you are:  

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and the wider staff team.

• Project management experience, ideally managing small projects (Onboarding)

• Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.

• Can-do attitude.

• Comfortable with new technology.

• Proficient in dealing with many different types of clients.

• An independent thinker, able to problem solve and react to changing situations

• Experience working in start up or scale up company environments would be a bonus.

• Fluent in English

• Degree educated

• Relevant experience using: Slack, Asana, Zoom and Google docs

• Previous experience working in management retail, hospitality and fast paced working environments preferred.
