We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (Using 3D property scans, VR designs, virtual receptionists and a Tenant App to name a few). We’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market and hope that you can help us!

In less than 2 years we have grown to become London’s second biggest operator (by number of buildings) and we are just getting started.

Who we’re looking for

Are you someone ready to make an exciting next step in your marketing role? We’re looking for a content-focused, creative team-player with experience working with multiple teams on a variety of projects. Working with our Marketing Executive to plan and launch new content, drive marketing initiatives and improve visibility of the Kitt brand, you will play a large role in helping to achieve Kitt’s marketing objectives.

You will be working on:

  1. Content Creation – Support the Marketing Executive on content creation from idea through to execution across our blog, social media, email and more
  2. Design – Leading and managing the production of designed assets and materials across the whole business
  3. Social Media Management – Day to day management of social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more. This will involve scheduling posts as well as taking on responsibility for activity & engagement.
  4. Onsite Content Production – Arranging logistics and onsite shoots with external photographers & videographers
  5. PR Agency Relations – Managing communication with our external PR agency, proofreading press releases and managing day-to-day logistics
  6. Other responsibilities
  • Tracking & managing marketing expenses & budgets
  • Liaising with suppliers, sourcing quotes for materials and services
  • Managing timelines with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Supporting with logistics & comms surrounding ad hoc events 

Are you the right person? 

The skills we need you to have include: 

  • Undergraduate degree and 1-2 years experience in a marketing-focused role
  • Strong experience using the full Adobe Creative Suite particularly Indesign and Photoshop
  • Good sense for marketing copy and creative, with an eagle eye for detail
  • Organised, super proactive and able to deliver on tasks with speed and efficiency
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and flexible to navigate through a wide range of changing situations, whilst juggling multiple key priorities. You enjoy the ‘start-up’ culture and have a ‘can-do’, solutions-focused attitude
